Jamé Bolds, CEO
Jamé Bolds, Ph.D. (Cand) is an economic theologian and the CEO of the Pathmakers Foundation, a venture philanthropic foundation dedicated to identifying and empowering leaders who build sustainable, self-funded enterprises. His innovative approach focuses on revitalizing strategic and marginalized communities, one zip code at a time.
Rooted in a rich Tejano heritage that reflects a unique blend of culture and language. As a first-generation American, he embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of diverse communities. His leadership at Victory Church in Yorktown, VA, showcases his commitment to community transformation; he successfully directed a five-year, $4.5 million church revitalization that is expected to culminate in a $30 million turnaround. A key aspect of this initiative was the development of a self-sustaining economic model for “A Church, in A Park, in A City,” reducing reliance on Sunday morning offerings.
Jamé holds an MA and MAR from Gordon-Conwell, graduate studies at Harvard, an MPAP from Rutgers, Bloustien School and he is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at Universiteit Stellenbosch. He is also the co-author of Life in 5D: A Vision for Discipleship, reflecting his dedication to impactful leadership and community engagement.
An active member of the Society of Pentecostal Studies and the American Economic Association, Jamé is committed to fostering innovative solutions that drive economic growth and social change.

Crystal Agnew, COO
Crystal Agnew brings over 20 years of expertise in project management, capacity building, and strategic planning, specializing in positive youth development and community-focused initiatives.
Under her leadership, she transformed the Trinity Church, Peacemakers Family Center from a single federal youth program with an annual budget of $550K and three full-time staff into a robust organization with six programs generating $4.8 million annually and employing 45 staff members across Miami and New York City. Crystal has successfully secured and managed over $80 million in funding from federal, state, and local sources in grant management.
Crystal serves as Treasurer for the Academy 365 Board of Directors and has contributed to the Jessie Trice Community Health Center Foundation Board and the North Dade Youth & Family Coalition. She has collaborated with more than 15 churches and nonprofits, conducting organizational assessments and strategic planning to enhance their community impact.
Crystal holds a BS (Business Administration) from Ferris State University and an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University.

Charlie Self, CIO
Dr. Charlie Self is a distinguished thought leader and trusted advisor with over 40 years of experience integrating leadership across the church, academia, public service, and mission-driven business. He is a recognized leader to Made to Flourish and previously served as the Director of City Networks, where he empowered pastors and churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom, fostering flourishing communities.
Currently a Visiting Professor at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Dr. Self is a sought-after speaker and educator, teaching a wide range of courses across multiple disciplines. He is renowned for his expertise in linking personal growth with community transformation and is actively advising various organizations and networks.
Dr. Self holds an M.A. from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA, along with a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
He is the author of three books, including his latest work, Flourishing Churches and Communities, and has two forthcoming titles: Life in 5-D (co-authored with Johan Mostert and Jamé Bolds) and Thoughtful: The Pathway from Reaction to Response. His scholarly and popular articles have been featured in numerous journals, further establishing his impact in the field.
